Dr. Carr received her MD from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, Iowa City, IA. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX. She was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Oncology at the University of Washington and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, WA.
