Dr. Whiting received his MD and PhD from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Washington, Seattle, WA. He was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Oncology at the University of Washington and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, WA.
