PATIENT CARE INTERESTS AND PHILOSOPHY
Dr. Saperstein specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of retinal diseases and has a special interest in the treatment of Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), Diabetic Retinopathy, Surgical Diseases of the Retina and the Management of Ocular Trauma. Additionally, Dr. Saperstein is actively participating in many clinical trials for investigational therapies to treat AMD and Inherited Retinal Degenerations.

Dr. Saperstein feels it is important to deliver the most current forms of therapy for retinal conditions. His desire to innovate and investigate new therapies has made him a key opinion leader for both his peers and the Ophthalmic Drug and Device industry. He maintains a state-of-the-art practice while still taking the time to personally make sure that his patients understand their disease and their choices of therapy.
