CLINICAL AND RESEARCH INTEREST


Dr. Wu has advanced training and experience in the surgical and medical management of corneal diseases, as well as in refractive surgery. He specializes in Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) and penetrating keratoplasty corneal transplantation techniques and performs cataract surgery. His clinical interests include Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy, keratoconus, herpes simplex virus (HSV) keratitis, and corneal ulcers. Dr. Wu has a clinical research interest in ocular graft-versus-host disease and an academic interest in resident ophthalmic microsurgical education.
