Please note that this document should not replace, nor is it designed to replace the Official University of Washington Form 220.  This document for employees to help keep track of their hours and reduce the number of questions asked of the department budget person.  These documents are totally unsupported by the University of Washington or the UW department of Orthopaedics! If you find a bug or have suggestions please send a message to orthohlp@u.washington.edu.

This was created as an Excel document and saved in as a 97-2002, X &50./95 workbook, version that should be compatible with both Macintosh and Windows Platforms.

There are four versions of the 220; two are for Classified Staff,  full time and part time, and there are two for Professional Staff Level 1 and Level 2.  These links should let you down load these to your computer.
