to replace the Official University of Washington Form 220 or OWLS.
This
document is for employees to help keep track of their hours and reduce
the number of questions asked of the department budget person. These
document is unsupported by the University of Washington and the UW
department of Orthopaedics! If you find a bug or have suggestions
please send a message to orthohlp@u.washington.edu.
This file is created in Excel and was saved as a 97-2004 &
50./95 workbook, a version that should be compatible with most
Macintosh and Windows versions of Excel.
There now is only one version of the 220.
This link;

download the 220 to
your Windows or Macintosh computer.
There is a slightly outdate online version
of the
instructions, also a Microsoft Word 6.0
version, or a PDF version, for you to
download.
In order to unlock, lock, or modify the sheet layout or formulas,
you will need the password: RED
