Currently, Dr. Bohannon is interested in research surrounding design of patient decision aids in head and neck cancer. Decision aids facilitate evidence-based patient choice and can be helpful to patients and families in the setting where there is more than one treatment option.
In addition, she is also interested in resident physician training and ways to maximize the learning environment, such as simulation training.
