Applying for Childcare

Applications are due May 31, 2007 for the Childcare Assistance Program (full-time and part-time). Please mail or fax your applications to the address listed on the application, fax to (206)543-2965 or drop them off at the Childcare Assistance Office in 482 Schmitz Hall.

If you mail or fax in your Childcare Request Applications, please confirm that they have been received in the Childcare Assistance Program Office.

If you are an international student, you must complete the International Financial Statement and turn it in attached to your application for Childcare Assistance. You do not need to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if you are an international student.
