Letters of Approval

Data collection has now closed for PACE. Although some PACE school's IRBs will require liaisons to submit annual or bi-annual renewals until the project officially ends in 2011, most will not. We will be in touch regarding each school's IRB status.

Below is a list of available signature pages from the University of Washington Institutional Review Board. Please contact us if you need an electronic copy of any of these documents for your files or for your IRB application.
