Overall, 10,554 undergraduate engineering students participated in the online PACE survey. The table below summarizes the demographic distribution of students who provided responses for both the sex and race questions.

In addition, 179 students participated in one-on-one interviews with a member of the PACE research team. Of these, 124 interviews were with current engineering students (climate interviews) and 55 were with former engineering students (leavers interview.)
