Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Centricity Web

We have been getting increasing numbers of calls on SP2 breaking Centricity Web.  Below is a description of steps to take to get it working again.

1. Right-click on the following link, and save it to your desktop. CentricityXP.reg
2. After downloading, exit Internet Explorer, go to your desktop and double click on the file.
3. Follow the prompts, and install the registry edit.
