Graphical Scheduling

Right-click error message

 

Symptoms:

Right-click in the Graphical Schedule displays the message below:

Cause:

The “Allow Programmatic clipboard access” setting in Internet Explorer needs to be set to “Enable”

 

Resolution:

1.       Go to Internet Options of Internet Explorer.

a.      Start > Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options

b.      Launch Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options

c.      Right-click on the Internet Explorer icon > Properties

2.       Click the “Security” tab. 

3.       Click “Trusted sites”

4.       Click “Custom level…”

5.       Scroll to the bottom of “Security Settings – Trusted Sites Zone” dialog box.

6.       Scroll up a setting to “Allow Programmatic clipboard access” located in the Scripting section and “Enable” it.
