Indicator	Displayed on these Worklists	Description
	Technologist Referring Patients Exams Lookup	(Patients, Exams, Lookup) Indicates that images are available for viewing from the local PACS storage equipment. Clicking the indicator launches the image viewer in read-only mode. Positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip that contains the text Launch image viewer, indicating that the images can be viewed. (Technologist, Referring) Indicates that images exist for the exam. Note: For Centricity PACS, this icon also indicates that, although the images are available, they have not yet been verified. Radiologists can nevertheless view the images; however, they should not begin the report creation process. Contrast this with the images verified indicator.
	Patients Exams Lookup	Indicates that the images exist on remote PACS storage equipment. These images must be fetched to local PACS storage equipment before they can be viewed. Positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip that contains the text Fetch images from archive. Clicking the indicator starts the fetch process. For images on CWS-type storage equipment, positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip that contains the text Quick fetch image. Note: This icon does not apply to the use of the Imagecast PACS for Radiology diagnostic viewer.
	Patients Exams Lookup	Indicates the images are currently being fetched from the archive and are not yet available for viewing. Notes: This icon does not apply to the use of the Imagecast PACS for Radiology diagnostic viewer. Normally, this indicator is not a hyperlink. However, if a fetch request is suspended because the PACS system is not responding, this indicator becomes a hyperlink so users can restart the fetch.
	Patients Exams Lookup	Indicates to a radiologist that the images have been verified by a technologist. Accordingly, radiologists can view the images, knowing that they can also begin the report creation process. Positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip that contains the text Launch image viewer, indicating that the images can be viewed. Notes: This indicator only applies to Centricity PACS. Contrast this indicator with the images available indicator.
	Patients Exams Lookup	Indicates that images are located on PACS storage equipment to which the current user has not been granted access. This access is defined by the user's access group (that is, the user's organization) and the storage equipment defined for the organization via the Integration dictionary entries selected on the System Administration Setup window for Imaging Suite. Positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip that contains the text This exam has images in storage locations which are not currently accessible.
	Exams Patients Lookup	Indicates caching the images on the user's local hard drive is in progress; positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip that displays percent complete and bytes cached so far; clicking the icon launches the images from the server or archive in read-only mode. Note: This icon only applies to the use of the Imagecast PACS for Radiology diagnostic viewer.
	Exams Patients Lookup	Indicates the images exist on the user's local hard drive; positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip that displays image size and date and time cached; clicking the icon launches the local images in read-only mode. Note: This icon only applies to the use of the Imagecast PACS for Radiology diagnostic viewer.
	Exams Patients Lookup	Indicates that an error occurred while caching the images to the local hard drive; clicking the icon launches the images from the server or archive. Note: This icon only applies to the use of the Imagecast PACS for Radiology diagnostic viewer.
	Exams	Indicates the exam is for the same modality and anatomy as the primary exam. Note: On the Exams worklist, primary exams are the exams with the blue arrow ( ) next to them.
	Exams	Indicates the exam has an image or results exception. Clicking the icon launches the Exception Handler window. For more information, refer to the procedure To Access the Exception Handler.
	Technologist Referring Radiologist Patients Exams Lookup	(Technologist, Referring, Radiologist) Indicates that documents exist for this exam in the Document Management Solution. (Patients, Exams, Lookup) Indicates that a scanned document exists for the exam. Clicking the icon launches the Document Management Solution. For more information, refer to the procedure To Access Scanned Documents.
	Technologist Referring Radiologist Patients Exams Lookup	(Technologist, Referring, Radiologist) Indicates that an exam memo exists for the exam. (Patients, Exams, Lookup) Indicates that an exam memo exists for the exam. Clicking the icon launches the Exam Memos window. For more information, refer to the procedure To Access Exam Memos from the Worklist.
	Patients Exams Lookup	Indicates the exam has been assigned. Positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip containing the name of either the assignee or assigner.
	Patients Exams Lookup	Indicates that, in conjunction with use of a diagnostic viewer, an exam has been added to a work queue. Notes: Positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip containing the name(s) of the provider who has the exam queued.
	Patients Exams Lookup	ndicates one of the following: § Exam is currently open; consequently, the corresponding report is not available for editing (there are several places in the Centricity RIS-IC system where an exam can be open for editing—for example, the Enter/Edit Exam and Results Reporting windows). § Exception is currently open in the Exceptions Handler window. Notes: § Positioning the mouse pointer over the icon displays a ToolTip containing the reason for the lock and the name of the user who has the exam or exception open. § A locked exam or exception is not added to a work queue that is created automatically. If a locked exam or exception loads into the work queue workspace, a lock indication is displayed. For information, refer to Work Queue Fields.
	Protocol Technologist	Indicates that protocols have been added to the exam.
	Worklist module options: Technologist Referring Radiologist Patients Exams Lookup Tracking module options: Display All Patient	Indicates that the exam is a stat exam. Notes: § Positioning the cursor over the icon displays a ToolTip stating that the exam is a stat exam. In the case of the Technologist worklist, there is no Tooltip unless the exam is also a stat read, in which case the Tooltip contains the phone, fax, or beeper number of the provider defined as the report to provider, if the number is available.
