USING SIGNATURE
QUEUE
1.
On the module toolbar (top), click
.
2.
On the options toolbar (lower), click
.
The Imagecast system displays your signature queue
and automatically selects all the reports listed in the queue.
3.
(Optional) Click
next to any report(s) you do not want to work
with during this signing session.
(Clicking
deselects
the report(s)).
4.
Click continue.
The Imagecast system displays the first report
selected.
5.
Review the report.
Use the
button (upper right side of the window) and
make any desired changes to the report.
If you are addending the report, this same
button will say “addend”. The Simple
Editor window will open.
6.
(Upper right) will save your edits.
7.
Add contributing (resident) and responsible (attending)
providers to the Providers box at the bottom of the window.

8.
Add any accession number to be associated with this
report in the Associated box at the bottom of the
window.

If an exam needs to be disassociated,
select the exam and use the
button.
9.
Click
, you will be prompted for you signing password on
the first report only, and the application will move to the next report..
10. Repeat
steps 5 - 9 as necessary.
