MISCELLANEOUS:
- It corrects the “Session Timeout” error that we sometimes get while we are working in the application.
- It corrects a problem where the reports would not display from the report directory.
- It corrects the problem of print jobs and fax jobs that get stuck in a “processing” status. This will now time out and the job will error, hopefully with an understandable error message.
- It corrects some performance problems and fixes some of the “out of memory” problems.
- It corrects the application error that occurred if the user clicked on a window before it had fully loaded.
- It corrects the application error that occurred if you double clicked the save button on the Complete Exam window.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
- It now corrects for time zone.
- You can now resend faxes from any page of the list.
- It corrects the problem of Doc Management opening behind the Imagecast window.
- It corrects some more of the quality issues.
- It corrects the problem where clicking the paperclip icon when Doc Management was already open caused a full list of documents to open. It also fixes the incorrect document loading from the paperclip.
- It corrects the problem where a user saving an edited document received a message stating that a document type was required even though it was displayed.
- Inbound faxes can now be distributed to specific organizations.
IMAGE MANAGEMENT
- It corrects the problem of an accession number listed more than once on the Record Management Window.
- It corrects the problem where a new exam folder was created when the exam code was changed.
REPORTING
- It corrects the application error that prevented users from successfully creating or editing macros.
- It corrects the problem where the cursor would relocate to the beginning of the document if the user double-clicked on text in the Simple Editor.
- “Send for Review” can now only be used for providers defined as Contributing or Responsible.
- It adds a new user preference that controls whether a double or single line break is inserted when the “enter” key is pressed in the simple editor.
- It corrects the problem of the addendum text printing on the same line as the Addendum header.
- It corrects the problem where navigation does not start in the right place.
HOME PAGE
- It will display a count of the user’s draft reports and the draft reports queue can be accessed from here.
BILLING
- It adds a complete date and time to the Billing Exceptions window.
- The “ALL” button is disabled on the ICD9 Coding Queue window if the queue is empty. Same for the “select page” button on the Billing Exceptions window – no exception, the button is disabled.
- Exams completed on the same date as the “effective date” of a new code will now be assigned the new code.
- On the Edit Billing Data window the user can enter multiple instances of the same changed but looking up the change and clicking the button repeatedly.
- Users can now navigate through multiple exceptions on the Edit Billing Data window.
- It corrects the problem where charges for the primary exam of 2 associated exams were not captured if the secondary exam was the exam to be finalized.
- It corrects the problem where an exam with a status of C was displayed on the ICD9 Coding Queue.
SCHEDULING
- The exam modifiers for duration will now work in any modifier slot (instead of only the 1st one.)
- It corrects the problem on Enter/Edit Exam window where the buttons and scroll bars were not available because of the length of the attending physician’s address.
- Exam Inquiry will display the schedulers name even if the Begin date/time is earlier than the Scheduled date/time.
- It corrects the problems with symbols in the data entry fields.
