Academic performance is based upon courses attempted and grades attained.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Professionalism and Leadership. Evidence of professionalism and leadership can be in the form of presentations at professional society meetings and symposia, and\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 leadership in student professional activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Please provide the following information when you submit your selection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Academic Transcript<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 student name (with phonetic spelling, please)<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a valid e-mail address for the student awardee<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 gender<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 high resolution head-shot photo of student in electronic format \u2013 minimum 300dpi<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 name of university at which student is enrolled<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 student bio not to exceed 250 words (the bio must also address why the student was selected for this particular award)<\/p>\n<p>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 title of student\u2019s thesis\/dissertation (or primary transportation area of experience<\/p>\n<p>9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Letter of Recommendation from Faculty<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Nominations are now accepted for the 2015 Michael Kyte Student of the Year Award.
