2009 Report on Women
The 2009 Report on Women is a continuation of the 2007 Report on Women which was developed and authored by the President’s Advisory Committee on Women at the University of Washington (PACW). In order to establish a baseline for future reports, the 2007 Report on Women aimed to discover what data were being collected about the women who study and work at the University of Washington. The 2007 report was the first time all the data about women were gathered into one focused summary. The 2009 report continues these efforts and encompasses the 2007 and 2009 data, describing student and employment categories, including a breakdown of ethnicity. This 2009 report strives to continue the work started in 2007, and provide a data set about UW Women from which future reports can be generated by stakeholders across the campus.
