July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2015.
Eligibility requirements for 2015-2016:
- Applicants must have completed an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program in Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Psychiatry, Radiation Oncology, or Surgery.
- Foreign medical graduates with J-1 visas meeting the above criteria are eligible to apply; individuals holding other visa types cannot be considered at this time.
To be considered for the UW Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program, applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) which will be available beginning December 2013.
Applicants five or more years out of training must have transcripts and letters of recommendation sent directly to us from the institution/individual providing them with original signatures and on official letterhead. Photocopies of recommendations will not be accepted. Please also include a current CV.
