Our Administrative Team is looking for a reliable, motivated and passionate student to assist with office support to the Division of Public Behavioral Health and Justice Policy (PBHJP).  Our Division is committed to improving the health and well-being of children, families, and adults served by the mental health, chemical dependency, child welfare, and justice systems. We aim to achieve this mission by implementing, supporting, and informing effective interventions, empirically based training, and collaborative research. up to 19 hrs/week

Duties and Responsibilties

1. Print BAR and BSR reports from My Financial Desktop (MFD)

2. Match source documents to MFD report

3. Update MFD reconciliation comment section

4. Setup monthly excel expense worksheet

5. Process check deposits

6. File budget expenditure paperwork

7. Archive closing files

8. Assist with other clerical tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Some knowledge of Excel, Access and word programs; excellent organizational and data entry skills; proofreading; and filing skills
