Wrap+MAP Training in North Sound Washington

In May, Eric J. Bruns, Ph.D., and PBHJP staff worked with consultants from PracticeWise LLC, to train clinicians in Washington State’s North Sound region (Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish counties) on how to implement evidence-informed clinical care within the context of the individualized wraparound care coordination model. Training on the “Wrap+MAP” approach (Managing and Adapting Practice within the Wraparound Service Model) consisted of reviewing the core concepts and resources of MAP, demonstration and role plays of techniques common among evidence based approaches, and discussion and summative exercises of how best to apply these knowledge integration and clinical skills within the context of family-driven, team-based wraparound.
