Molecular Medicine Training Program
To apply for admission, a student must provide academic transcripts, Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores, four letters of recommendation, and a statement of purpose. Because of the broad scope and interdisciplinary nature of our graduate program, we have no specific prerequisites for admission. However, most of our students have backgrounds in the physical and/or biological sciences. These include majors in biology, physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, chemistry, and psychology. The most important requirement is a strong motivation and excitement about doing science.
We believe that diversity within the student body is a desirable quality. Thus, we strongly encourage applications from groups historically under-represented in the field, such as women and ethnic minorities.
The deadline for receipt of completed applications is January 3rd, 2008. To ensure consideration please make sure your completed application has been received by this date. The most promising candidates will then be invited to Seattle (at our expense). This weekend will include meeting with faculty members who share your research interests, having dinner with graduate students and a site seeing tour of Seattle. Offers of admission to the program are sent out the week following interviews. Application forms and additional information can be obtained by following this link.

2008 Interview Dates are from February 21st and 22nd
