Our Locations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have two<\/strong> locations! Depending on the study you are involved in, your visit may take place at either Seattle Children\u2019s Research Institute<\/strong> near South Lake Union at Building Cure<\/strong> or at the Institute on Human Development and Disability (IHDD)<\/strong> Clinic Building on the South Campus of the University of Washington, behind the UW Medical Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From points north (and east via 520)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Take I-5 South to exit 166 (Stewart Street toward Denny Way).<\/li>
  2. Turn slight right onto Stewart Street.<\/li>
  3. Building Cure is on the southwest corner of Terry Avenue and Stewart Street.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    From points south (and east via I-90)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Take I-5 North to exit 166 (Olive Way).<\/li>
    2. Turn slight right onto Olive Way.<\/li>
    3. Turn left onto E. Denny Way.<\/li>
    4. Turn left onto Stewart Street.<\/li>
    5. Building Cure is on the southwest corner of Terry Avenue and Stewart Street.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      From Seattle Children\u2019s Hospital<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. Start by going southwest on Sand Point Way NE toward University Village.<\/li>
      2. Sand Point Way NE becomes NE 45th Street. Pass University Village on the right; stay in one of the left 2 lanes.<\/li>
      3. Continue south onto Montlake Boulevard NE.<\/li>
      4. Merge right onto 520 West toward I-5.<\/li>
      5. Take the Stewart Street exit on the right (166) toward Denny Way.<\/li>
      6. Turn slight right onto Stewart Street.<\/li>
      7. Building Cure is on the southwest corner of Terry Avenue and Stewart Street.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Parking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The Building Cure parking garage (6\u20196\u201d clearance; ADA vans have 8\u201d2\u201d clearance) is located on Stewart Street between Boren Avenue and Terry Avenue. When coming southwest on Stewart Street (which is a one-way street), turn right into the first alley entrance past Boren Avenue. Then, turn left into the parking garage entrance. Pick up a parking ticket, park and go to the first-floor reception desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Garage hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding Seattle Children\u2019s holidays. The garage is closed weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Validated parking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Validated parking is available for certain visitors, including collaborators from outside Seattle Children\u2019s, per the research institute\u2019s parking validation policy. Vendors do not receive validated parking. A validation number will be provided by your host. Bring your ticket along with the validation number to the first-floor reception desk to confirm validation; security cannot provide the validation number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
