Directions The Pharmaceutics DNA Sequencing and Gene Analysis Center is conveniently located on the second floor of the Health Sciences Building in room H260. Samples for analysis can be dropped off in H260 or in H264. From the main third floor HSB hallway which runs the length of the building, follow the sign to the hall leading from this main hallway to the H wing. Take the stairs at that junction down one floor to the second floor. At the second floor landing turn left, go through the doorway, (do not make a right and end up outside in the courtyard), turn left (you will be walking south) and walk to the T-intersection. The sign above the intersection reads: Pharmaceutics. Make a right at this junction and walk straight to the end of the hallway. At this point you can either turn left and enter the Department of Pharmaceutics or turn right and follow the signs to the I-court Rotunda. Turn left, walk through the double doors into the Department of Pharmaceutics and the first room on your right is H264. Samples can be dropped off during normal laboratory hours or you can call Ed at 616-8718 (edkelly@u.washington.edu) to make special arrangements. We encourage you to contact Loren if you have any questions regarding primer design, sample prep, or if you need other directions to the facility.
