Instructions for sample–template and primer–preparation:

-If your sample is Single-Stranded DNA: Please submit 125-250 ng template and 3.2 pmoles of primer in 10 m L.

-If your sample is Double-Stranded/Plasmid DNA: Please submit 250-500 ng template and 3.2 pmoles of primer in 10 m L.

-If your sample is PCR product: Please submit 90-150 ng template and 3.2 pmoles of primer in 10 m L.

We suggest designing primers at least 60 bases from the start point of the region of interest.

Please submit your samples in 0.2ml Strip Well PCR Tubes (Island Scientific, catalog # IS-435R) or in 96 Tube 0.2ml PCR Plates (Island Scientific, catalog # IS-600) or in Ultra Thin-Walled 0.2ml PCR Tubes.
