Evaluations
- Inpatient: There is a plastic folder on the wall in your team room. Inside you will find a red folder with your name on it, filled with personalized evaluation forms. During your inpatient section, it is your responsibility to hand these forms out to the faculty and residents with whom you work. The evaluator will return the forms to the Medical Student Office.
- Outpatient: Your outpatient clinic will use the same evaluation form but you do not need to hand out these evaluations; they have their own system for disseminating the forms.
