Welcome to the University of Washington/Seattle Children’s Hospital Pediatric Pulmonary Division Web site. Dr. Greg Redding is the founder and current chief of the Pediatric Pulmonary Division. Over the past 25 years he has strived to build a team that excels in all facets of pulmonary medicine. The Pediatric Pulmonary Division emphasizes the comprehensive and compassionate care of children with respiratory-related disorders, clinical and basic science research, and training in pulmonary medicine for medical students, residents, pulmonary fellows, and allied healthcare providers. We have 12 board-certified/eligible pediatric pulmonologists and 3 nurse practitioners. We have certified cystic fibrosis and sleep centers and an active asthma program. We have NIH funding to study pseudomonas microbiology, infant/toddler asthma, and cystic fibrosis. We have active inpatient, outpatient, and consultative clinical services.
