Read Required Immunizations for Health Sciences Students Brochure Read Health Fee Program Information Brochure Register for Autumn 2009 Classes on August 3rd at 12:00 noontime PST Apply for School of Pharmacy Financial Aid by August 3rd. You need your UW NetID to apply. Review Student Services and Important Information Read and reviewed 2009-2010 Student Handbook and sent in Handbook Responsibility Statement and Personal Release Form Pre-Readings and assignments for Orientation Week - Check orientation week agenda for pre-readings and assignments (indicated in RED on the website) White Coats Order - DUE August 28th Email was sent out from kappapsi@uw.edu. Students can purchase white coats from Kappa Psi or if they already have a white coat, that may be used at the Professionalism Ceremony. Fill out the Orientation Survey - DUE August 31st Wellness Survey - DUE September 4th Pack Forest - Check due $52 made out to "UW" and Field Trip Consent Form.
