^Students must earn a passing grad of 1.7 or higher in previous quarters of the therapeutics series (i.e., Pharm 560 and/or for progression into subsequent quarters).

FOURTH PROFESSIONAL YEAR
***PHARM 575, 576, 577 Clinical Practice (5 credits each), 578 (variable credit), 579 (for Geriatric Certificate Students only). Classes and practicums may be scheduled during any quarter. A $10 fee is assessed per course. Students must meet practicum requirement including 2.0 minimum cumulative gpa in therapeutics series (Pharm 560-565).

***Practicums: These include: (527) a four-credit practicum to be completed by the end of Winter Quarter of the second year; (528) a three-credit practicum to be completed by the end of Winter quarter of the Third year and (574) a one-credit practicum to be completed by the end of the third year, and 9 month practicums (575, 576, 577) in the fourth year. Fourth-year practicums will include ambulatory care, institutional care and elective experiences.

ELECTIVES:
In the fourth year, time is available in late afternoons/evenings for school-based electives unless students choose practicums at remote sites. Upon approval, resesarch projects may count for one elective practicum.

Note: Courses are subject to change by action of the School of Pharmacy and UW Curriculum Committees.
