Out-of-State Schools

Below are prerequiste lists for some regional out-of-state community colleges, four-year colleges, and universities.

The Admissions Committee maintains a larger database of acceptable prerequiste coursework for other out-of-state schools, but the database is not comprehensive. If you have questions on the acceptablity of coursework taken you can request an evaluation of coursework prior to application to the PharmD program.

Please send a copy of the course description(s) and syllabi(us) to pharminf@u.washington.edu for review. Please keep in mind, especially when registering for prerequiste courses, that evaluations can take up to several weeks to complete.
