You can view calendars and reserve time for our conference rooms via our online calendars. All reservation requests will need approval before they appear on the calendar. Persons affiliated with the department of Pharmacology will have priority and the scheduling is first come first served.
How to make a reservation
Navigate to the date for which you wish to make a reservation. In the upper right corner of that day on the calendar, click on the plus sign. A pop up "Add Event" window appears. Fill in the information for your event, including start and end times (make sure you choose am or pm), and if you wish it to be a weekly, biweekly or monthly meeting, click the button next to "Repeat" and choose the appropriate options, and be sure to choose an end date. While not required, it's a good idea to include a contact email address. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, contact Debbie Bale.
