Timothy Thornton, Ph.D.
Dr. Thorton is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at the UW School of Public Health. He teaches PHG 510: Statistical Methods of Genetic Epidemiology.
His research interest is in the area of statistical genetics, with an emphasis on statistical methodology for case-control genome-wide association studies in samples with related individuals and/or hidden population structure.
