Welcome to the University of Washington's Phonetics Laboratory in the Department of Linguistics. Our lab is a state of the art teaching and research facility which concentrates primarily on acoustic analysis of spoken language and speech perception. Some tools are also available for psysiological measures of spoken language and analysis of signed language.

Lab meetings take place once a week in Fall, Winter and Spring quarters. The current schedule is available here.
