The goal of the PIECCP Project is to improve rural health services that benefit Head Start, Early Childhood Education, and Universal Kindergarten enrollees and their siblings in six US-Associated Pacific Island states.
The PIECCP Project is funded by a grant from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Head Start Bureau.
