Conference Room A

Conference Room A can be set up conference style, theater style, or circular. Diagrams for each set up are below.

Room A can hold 16 people in the conference style set up, 35 people in theater style set up, and 16 in circular set up.

Room A has a large screen and white board. The podium and microphone can be used on a first come first serve basis, and can be reserved by calling the Plaza Cafe at (206) 598-4151.

Overhead projectors and other equipment can be reserved through Classroom Services (206) 543-6729.

To make a room reservation, call the Plaza Cafe at (206) 598-4151. There is no charge, but all food eaten in the room must be purchased from the Plaza Cafe. For information on catering from the Plaza Cafe click here.
