Administrative Core

The responsibilities of the Administrative Core are to manage Center internal operation, conduct annual events such as reports and meetings, coordinate with the other four Centers, and coordinate with EPA. In this regard, the Administrative Core has leased office space in the University Building, 1107 NE 45th Ave that is approximately one mile from the Department of Environmental Health. Jane Koenig and Dave Kalman organized our first external Science Advisory Committee (SAC) on October 6, 1999. A list of the EPA NW PM Center SAC members is listed in the newsletter. The second annual SAC meeting was held on June 16, 2000. The UW EPA Center hosted the second annual Directors Meeting of the five Centers on July 20-21 at the University of Washington.
