Research Interest: 

Mr. Russell's responsibilities include the administration of the PNASH Center’s pilot project program, currently overseeing the fiscal status of the Center’s Community Based Participatory Research grants along with his role in the grant and fiscal management of the Center at large, and the facilitation of the Center’s research projects. Mr. Russell is a contributing member of the Center’s communication and outreach team, including the development of educational and training resources and outreach materials. He also participates in event planning and facilitation. Mr. Russell’s interest is in professional education in blended and web-based formats, as well as expanding the accessibility of the Center's training and educational resources both within the Northwest region and beyond.
