HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS - The Westin Salishan
Reservations should be arranged directly with The Westin Salishan and can be made by calling 800-452-2300. The group name to use is either PNC/MLA or the full name, Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Medical Library Association. Room rates are as follows. Rates below do not include a 6% room tax or a $5.00 per night resort service fee. Room rates will be honored two nights before and two nights after the conference. Reservations and payment for the first night's lodging must be received by The Westin Salishan by August 1, 2001.

| Deluxe - 1 king plus 1 queen sofa sleeper | $209.00 per night |
| Premier - 1 king plus 1 queen sofa sleeper (in a larger room than Deluxe) | $249.00 per night |
