Room 012 (PoE Commons)
PoE’s common area provides ample space for both student and faculty events and presentations. With our accessible accommodations, we value the comfort and organization of the activities we host. For this reason, we’ve developed a number of various room templates to better set up and fulfill your preferences to ensure a successful event.

After the presentations have concluded, chairs and tables arrange into our daily organization where they’re used for study alcoves and open community surfaces.

Square Table Arrangement:![]()
This display offers a centric arrangement for meetings and fairs. With the open walkway inthecenter and ample seating lining each table, guests enjoy easy mobility and comfortable spacing between colleagues.

Luncheon Display:![]()
The arrangement of tables similar to a displaced Square Table set up offers equalmobility and spacing for socializing. Two back tables maintain the refreshments, while a display or flipchart easily fits within the middle pathway for presentations.

Projector Presentation:![]()
Mainly used for larger audiences, multiple rows of chairs offer maximum seating and clarity of the projector screen and presentation. Chairs can be adjusted to fit amount of guests.

Room 015C (PoE Conference Room)
PoE's conference room is in the back office area and features a large Urban Hardwoods table made from a locally salvaged Madrona tree. The conference room has a whiteboard and a corkboard wall with plenty of space for a projector (available for check out at the front desk).

Room 120 (Multi-Purpose Room)
Room ACC 120 is upstairs from the main office of PoE and is mainly used for PoE and JISAO functions.
