Manuscript Submission Guidelines

Single Paper Submissions

Please send us one electronic copy of your paper in MS Word via email attachment. We do not require hard copies of single submissions until a paper has been fully accepted for publication in positions.

Upon final acceptance, we will ask for one hard copy of your paper.

All manuscripts must be typed and double-spaced throughout (including quotations and endnotes).

Manuscripts must have all evidence of the author's identity removed from the body and the endnotes upon initial submission--that is, send us blind email copies of your paper. Author information, including the author's name, will be incorporated into the paper only upon final acceptance.

Along with the manuscript or soon after, please also send by email the following information:
  • author contact information
  • areas of specialization
  • manuscript title
  • abstract of no more than 400 words
  • 3-7 keywords
  • author bio of no more than 250 words

Please note our new policy on page limits:
Due to the current conditions in the publishing world, page limits are no longer negotiable and we expect that essays will rarely exceed 30 typset pages (10,000 words; 70,000 characters with spaces), including notes.

Special Issue Submissions

Please send us two blinded hard copies as well as electronic versions of all the papers in the special issue. All other procedures are the same as for single paper submissions.
