Hi AMSA Members,
We have a VERY exciting meeting for you this week. Coming in to talk to everyone is Dr. Richard Ellenbogen, Head Chair of Neurosurgery at Harborview and Head Chair for the NFL’s Head/Neck/Spine division. This doctor is working with the NFL to build better equipment to help lower the number of concussions and serious injuries throughout the seasons. This will be a very interesting and informative meeting and will be very rare, as it is difficult to secure time with Dr. Ellenbogen.
So please come and bring as many questions as you can think of! He will be speaking to us about what he does at Harborview as well as his role within the NFL and how he landed where he is today.
