VPOC is having its first school visit next Wednesday, 10/29/14, at 5:30 pm in THO 235. Ryan Hollister, Associate Director of Admissions from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, will be giving a presentation on the school’s optometry program. This is a great chance to see if PCO would be a good fit for you and get your questions answered directly!
Salus University is a private nonprofit university in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, specializing in postgraduate degree programs for the health care professions. Fun fact: this optometry program was one of the first schools in the United States to confer the Doctor of Optometry degree! Come and learn more about this amazing program and what it has to offer!
Additionally our Optometric Ambassadors have been working very hard on some shadowing opportunities and will be providing contact info for a few optometrists who are willing to let people shadow.
