There is one week left until the Participant and Scholarship applications for HCASB 2015 are closed. On Sunday, December 21st at 11:59PM, both Catalyst surveys will automatically stop accepting applications.

Some tips as we get closer to the end of the application period:
• Be certain your answers are addressing the questions completely and fully
• Be sincere — use your own words
• Take advantage of spellcheck and grammar-checking applications like Word before submitting your application
