Application open for Medical Laboratory Science major!
If you are a current University of Washington student wanting to submit an application for admission to the UW Medical Laboratory Science Program, follow these steps:
1. Follow this link: https://catalyst.uw.edu/webq/survey/auyong/279024 and complete the online UW Medical Laboratory Science Program application for admission. Be sure to thoroughly read and answer all questions as instructed.
2. Request one academic letter of recommendation from either a professor, college instructor, TA, etc. The letter must be sent directly to mtapps@uw.edu by the recommender. Please do not ask high school teachers or coaches to submit a letter of recommendation for you. PLEASE be sure to have your recommender include your first and last name in their letter, so that the letter can be linked back to your application since it will be submitted separately.
3. Submit transcripts from all colleges/universities you have attended (including UW). If your school(s) has/have the ability to send transcript(s) electronically, the transcript(s) should be send to: mtapps@uw.edu. If not, please have the school(s) mail your transcript(s) to:
