This workshop will help participants to develop the critical skills necessary to excel at an interview and provide a complete overview of the interview process, from preparation to execution, including often-used questions and answers.
Speakers will discuss factors which contribute to a successful interview and will help participants to understand interviewer’s expectations. Typical interview questions will be presented and appropriate and inappropriate answers will be discussed.
Participants will learn about critical skills of effective communication, including logical thinking, body language, and interpersonal relations.
This workshop will help participants to analyze the interview process, define what they need to do to prepare for specific interviews, develop the confidence to answer interview questions, and demonstrate their scientific knowledge and readiness for graduate school.
