Dermatology Arts (https://dermatologyarts.com/) is hiring. We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, and experience-driven employee to join our team of medical assistants in our Bellevue, WA office.
As a Medical Assistant, you will learn to conduct patient intake interviews, document medical histories, assist with procedures, schedule appointments, receive referrals, prepare prescriptions, and more. You will work alongside our providers and learn medical techniques and terminology, and best charting and patient education practices through shared patient care responsibility.
This position is best suited for college graduates who can commit to two or more years of employment and have an interest in advancing their careers further. Our Medical Assistants have completed nursing programs or are currently enrolled in Medical School and Physician Assistant programs. Prior experience as a medical assistant is not a requirement to apply. You will have the opportunity to earn your Medical Assistant registration through your training.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional empathy / customer service skills
- Strong written English skills
- Additional languages (particularly Spanish) appreciated
- BA or BS degree
- Medical terminology, billing and/or scribing experience helpful
