
Seattle Children’s Office for Teaching, Education and Research (OTER) and Center for Diversity and Health Equity are excited to announce the 2020 Underrepresented Minority Students in Research Summer Internship Program.
The goal of the program is to provide Underrepresented Minority (URM) undergraduate students an opportunity to engage in basic, clinical, translational, behavioral, or public health research under the mentorship of Seattle Children’s researchers and their teams.
Students can:
- learn research methodologies,
- gain experience with lab equipment,
- work with data,
- enroll research participants,
- build mentor relationships,
- gain valuable research experience,
- attend career and professional training session, and much more!
The internship will last 10 weeks and will begin in June.
