The Framework for Planning, Implementing, and Evaluating PreK-3rd Grade Approaches is a tool to support the design, launch, and improvement of PreK-3rd grade efforts. It provides concrete guidance for establishing shared responsibilities among birth-to-5, grades K-3, families, and communities.
