CURRENT RESEARCH
INTERESTS
My research interests encompass both
methodological and substantive issues associated
with measuring and improving the quality of care
delivered to patients and their families at the
end-of-life. I am particularly interested in
understanding, through qualitative and
quantitative approaches, how clinician
communication with patients and families can
enhance patient and family experiences at the
end-of-life in both hospital and community
settings.
Additional information can be obtained by
visiting the End
of Life Care Research Program website.
