Hi Librarianamanda
I prefer - http://www.corralmystuff.com/students - allows me to keep all my research notes together, and I can have multiple corrals (folders) for each topic....oh how much easier would my research have been when I was writing my dissertation if I'd had this back then.

Best regards

I tried ScribeFire last year and wasn't impressed.
After reading this quick review and that you found the application worthwhile... I took another look.

Plus, if it's saves even a few minutes of time each time I post to a blog.. I'm in.

I have 20 blogs and posting can become a chore... especially when I'm trying to get in some great new Public Domain content. Sometimes that WP editor doesn't just love my copy/paste.

Thanks for sharing your review.

I finally watched this, and I'm so glad I did. I've since made the utterly life-changing step of turning off my email and checking only a few times during the workday. It's made me conscious of how much of my workflow (if one could have called it that) was driven by email. Now I'm on the the GTD book....if there's only one similarly transformative tip in there, I'll be thrilled!

I read David Allen's Getting Things Done about a year and a half ago and it made a huge difference, especially with email. I now try to keep my inbox to under ten messages at the end of the day. I've also started using Remember The Milk for my GTDish task list app and it's working pretty well. It's not perfect, what I would really need is an always connected, moleskin size Kindle like device for ubiquitous capture and recall. Hmm... that sounds a lot like an iPhone...

The limitations sound annoying but all hail the Atom Publishing Protocol for enabling connections like this! Usable, useful APIs for the win.
