Native American Student Day (NASD) Conference

American Indian & Alaskan Native high school seniors interested in attending the University of Washington.
Native American Student Day is one-day conference for Native American/Alaska Native high school seniors who are interested in attending the University of Washington – Seattle. NASD was created to encourage Native students to pursue higher education as well as give them the opportunity to experience the UW. Attendees will meet current UW staff & faculty as well as future classmates, learn about campus programs, receive assistance with their UW application and discover the diversity and unity that exist in the UW community. This event will guarantee you a lot of fun and a rewarding, worthwhile experience.

OMA&D MOR has a limited amount of funds available for travel support to facilitate the participation of students from across Washington State. Priority will be given to groups of 5 or more bringing high school juniors and seniors and without access to local funds to support travel. Only groups coming from Washington State or from tribes with usual and customary use in Washington State.
